Setting Zipato indoor Siren for door chime

I need help.
my new Zipato indoor siren always plays the emergency alarm.
even though I selected door chime or other tunes. they always play the emergency alarm.
is there a special setting which I have not noticed?

Hi Milan, 2 days ago MI zipato sire ln went off in alarm more for no reason as both me and my partners were home, once in the daytime and once just after I went asleep...I'm pleased it did not wake up my sleeping child.
Do you think that this fix can also help for this problem? I have unplugged the siren for now as I had no time to look into fixing it.
