settings for virtual thermostat pro

Bernd shared this question 6 years ago
Need Answer

I just implemented two virtual thermostats in the PRO version to control two heating valves.

I implemented for each the weekly schedule and set ste program to start program and the mode to heating. I assume that there is a mistake as at least one of the thermostats over night goes to" hold until next" and keeps the night temperature which is really unpleasant especially in case of the bath room ;-)

So which settings do I have to make to make the valves following the weekly program?

Thanks

Bernd

Bernd, did you succedeed? I just have the answer from support: they say they don't know what more to. Heck but they recommend me to pay them 65EUR/Hour to continue digging!! This is a bug in my opinion, so I consider this answer INCREDIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE.

Hope you have more luck. Please update us

Ok Pablo, for me this fits directly into the business politics of Zipato which I recognize increasingly during th last time.

In my opinion it must be a bug as I do not change anything in the configuration, the valve itself should not be able to do so (if it can it is a bug as well) and as Danvoss and Devolo are working with the same z-wave standards as Zipato does it has to work properly.

I started to check my thermostates more or less regularly but it is boring and not acceptable.

When I bought the Pro licence Sebastian promised extraordinary support. Now we know what he meant.
