I think you willfirst have to add a SIP server as a virtual device. You will need an available SIP server to accomplish that.

I don't know anything about setting up SIP servers, but maybe this isn't a fully implemented feature yet.
Can you allocate an ip address or endpoint for you sip configure puzzle? What options does it give you, can you give us a screen shot?
