Smart Alarm Pack Number
Need Answer
I just received my Smart Alarm Pack.
When I try to start the pack assistant, my Pack number is required but I can't find any number on the package... Where is it located?
This number is not the controller serial number (I tried, It does not work..).

I also bought the smart alarm pack. I found "by accident" a manual on the internet for a Smart Alarm Pack (version 1.1). It's a 64 page manual that is not on your site or in the download section. Unluckily it is for an older software/firmware version. According to the box cover I am entitled to 2 months of free Premium support.
And most important ist the pack assistant (see Robin's question above).....
Or am I missing something ???
