Snapshot Camera
Need Answer
Hello i've created a rule that take a snapshot when motion is detected.
wherei can find the tooken pictures when the rule run?
i did not fin any place where the picture are stored on the zipato dashboard

Hello Hani,
Before you start using snapshots in rules make sure that snapshot option is working in your dashboard.
If snapshot option is working correctly try clicking on folder icon "Open files manager" on cameras widget. If you have successfully made some snapshots they will be there.

I did as you said but unfortunately there isn't any saved snapshot. what is wrong with my camera althought the steream is orking fine .
From the app when i push "snapshot to server" the app reply by this message"snapshot was saved to the server"
where i can dowloadthem from the server?? and how?

Which camera do you have and what have you set for snapshot path? If you do not have any files saved in "Open files manager" you most probably do not have anything saved.
