Snapshot to Zipato ftp server dont work

I cant upload any snapshot to the zipato ftp server ? i have done the settings for zipato ftp for my camera settings and there is all ok. And in my.zipato web-dashboard i can get snapshot picture, but i dont get any picture/ file in the zipato ftp server. its empty in all folders. Alarm folder should have store the picture.
Did any one have a answer ?

There is no answer. There are a lot of topics about that. Sometimes it works for some days and then not. Not reliable. It is not on the prio list since one year (that is the time I tried that).
