Some Power Failure behavior

In my house, I use Di-O Chacon On/Off switch to activate webcam and tv-computer power.
When i put my alarm on, a rule activate webcam and stop tv and computer.Easy and functioning well, execpt if a power failure appear.My zipabox is on a power chute so the power stay ON, and all the DI-O Not, so on a power failure, they go Off.After the power return, the Di-O switch remain in OFF state, and the box show then in the current state, but nothing is triggered to sync zipabox state, and the real state.How can i solve this ?
