Hi,

Need your assistence - my shutters works great, sadly sometimes i use the app and instead of 100 or 0 percent it hangs up with x percent. After that occurr the shutter is not working anymore. I have to drop the device and recombine...

did you try to reboot the box and try it again?

Reboot does not have an effect on the status- maybe the 433 signal is out of sync?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, I did nothing and the next day it worked again !!

First time I used te re add the device without deleting the old, and this action made the old device working again. After I just deleted the new device so I could keep my rules working.

This is probably a rule which is stuck.

I had the same thing and got it working with assistance of support.

Make sure to open a ticket.
