Stabillity issue with AEOTAC Aoen Labs Smart switch ZW075-C16

I have issue with AEOTEC Aeon Labs Smart Switch ZW075-C16
The problem is that every so offen the device fails to respond to command sent from the Zipato GUI.
I have test to replace the ZW075-C16 with Philio Tech PAN11-1D and then there are no range issues and the device always responds as expected.
If I only had one or two ZW075-C16 I would guess that the device itself was broken, but I have 6 of them bought from different web shops and they have different firmware versions but they still behave the same way, so maybe there is some degree of incompatibility between the ZW075-C16 and the Zipabox?
Zipabox FW: 0.9.999.6
ZW075-C16 FW: 3.26 & 2.25

I got this device but no-problems with them. But the first time i added the devices I also had problems with the respons. But after i upgraded to a new firmware and re-added the devices everything worked fine.
Another tip is to try to added them where you are going to use them.
