I have a lot of issues with general instability. Examples:
- Devices suddenly not reporting data anymore
- Devices offline
- Meters not updated in app/web
- When triggering a button in app or web, the device responds immediately (ex. lamp on/off), but the UI is not updated, or updates very long after.
- Zones not ready when arming the alarm (when they apperently are ready)
Does anyone else have these issues? Is this related with problems with the cloud service? I see that some others have reported that web interace is quite slow at times.
Any finally, one last question, does Zipa have a status page where they report the status of the service? This is a must since this box is so tightly attached the the could service.
Regards,
Erik
Now there are at least three threads with the same issue - yours is the first one. As of 14:30CET Aug. 27. 2015 things are working again (or not = at the same level as before). What happened? Will we ever know? Will this happen again (taking odds). Did my house catch fire while I was not home (there's only one way to check...)

Hm. Maybe I should've known that Zipatos architecture would be able to cause a situation like this. But honestly, I'm surprised that your issues with a server can break down everything in my home setup. And that without any kind of flag, warning, message to the owner etc. Huh, I'll have to think about that. Shocking.
