Stuck on "Please Wait..." after update

I was able to correctly update my new out-of-the-box zipato. When I tried adding a device it didn't work. I read on the forums that it would be ok to logout & login and that might help. Since then I was unable to login back to the box on my.zipato.com . It's stuck on "please wait..." . I've tried resetting it twice but nothing changed. The box shows a green light. Please assist.
