support.zipato.com not accessable - userid/pw keeps invalid even after resetting

Cannot access support.zipato.com any longer. Using the correct userid and password yields in a invalid userid/pw message. Then select "lost password", you will receive a message to reset the pw. After doing that try to login again, same issue namely msg that you submitted an invalid userid/pw. Tried this about three times without success.

Login now seems to be working.

had this issue for several days, seems resolved now, but now cannot use any controller or device.??????????

Same here. Normal zipato servers are up but services not responding. Same for cluster testing server.... no sync possible, only manual device operation.

Same here. As a result virtual devices do not work either. No sync either. And my zipatile started rebooting spontaneously every few minutes......

reboot is caused when the zipato controller cannot connect to cloud service. If you thick in options (web ui) for the controller "keep online", it will not reboot.
