Sync Problems anyone else??

Hello community,
Is anyone else experiencing sync issues (Sync Failed:Timeout)? lately, I have a new system with aprox 20 devices and less than 10 rules that cannot sync either through the Web UI or API, I have tried to reboot several times, also I don't have error on rules. Internet is good. System was working ok until today, my only problem was ASTRO schedulers not working.

Looks like the issue has been resolved, support confirmed the problem but now I'm able to sync.
