I cannot synchronize my box.
I got synchronization error (no error regarding rules).
Last SYNC was 15.04.2020.
Could you help ?

It was the same here. Synchronization of rules were not working for 2 days. The rules were running, but I did not get any emails.
It seems that now everything is working again.
