Hello Andre,

I don't know about Zipato tamper, but in the traditional alarm world, tampered means a sensor has been manipulated, moved, cover removed, partially detached, hitted, or similar. Could this fit to you?

Hi Pablo

Thanks but it is not that.

Actually pulling a detector triggers the alarm and we receive a message with "Device XXX tampered".

But my problem is different: this is a repetitive information appearing in the history of the partition (log in the dashboard) in the form "Tamped off in partition xxxx". This event doesn't trigger the alarm.

Others users have mentioned the problem in the past but no response of Zipato to explain the cause §

So I hope an explaination of Zipato.

Sorry I never got back to you Andre. I must have missed the updates. Jorge, what I have found is that the tamper can be from any sensor included in your alarm partition. I have had a Aeotec Motion sensor set it off due to the vibration/tamper alarm in the sensor being activated. And sensor was never touched. What was happeneing is the vibration from the AC unit nearby was setting off the vibration sensor. And you can not disable this via the Aeotec parameters.

So instead we had to disable the Tamper alarm section in the alarm panel. Yes this sucks, as it would be nice if you could just disable the tamper for that 1 partition, but unfortunately you have to do it for all partitions. And to do this you will need to go to your alarm menu (online control center, device browser, alarm) Here you will find your alarm partitions. In the very top menu here is the menu options Room, Sort, Configure, and Add new device. Select Configure, and disable tamper.

This should resolve your issue
