Tech support via email - Hours?

Need Answer

Just curious as to the hours of the email tech support?


I've been in contact with them, but I'm guessing they work normal hours in the European time zone?

I am on the east coast of the USA and unless Im awake at 2 am, the back and forth email could span days to resolve an issue?

Not sure about support hours but they are located in Croatia so they usually answers when we are sleeping, what I usually do is create my tickets before going to bed, most of the time they answer back when I wake up or arrive to work.

Ive got quite a bit of back and forth with settings, so its tough when they seem to shut down at about 10am my time.


I figured they were on Croatia time, I'll try to get up early and deal with it.

Yes, also sometimes have been going back and forth before 10 am. Sometimes and for most cases this community is faster than support, there are a lot of experimented users that can help about configuration, rules, how to set up devices, etc. I only use support when I know is something in their system or when no one in this forum seems to know for sure.
