Thermostat Bug : virtual switch not changed when thermostat should command ON

Hi,
I open a ticket 15 days ago without any feedback from support and since september is showing its face I start getting nervous.
When whatever I do on the thermostat the virtual switch never changes !! => heating system totally broken as of today. Can you please check it please.
