Thermostat temperature range limitation

my air conditioner heating and cooling between 18-30 celcious range but termostat widget shows 2-50 celcious and i couldn't find any option to change that.

So when our hotel guest try to set termastat 12 celcious, air condion dosn't react.

ıs there any way to adjust max and min temperature of virtual thermostat?

i am looking forward help for it.

it is not possible to adjust min and max temperatures of virtual thermostat.
