This evening suddenly all time events of devices display with 2 hours in late (for example 21h00 instead of 23H00). I don't understand why this problem occur ! I have rebooted, synchronize, .....but always the problem !
Somebody can help me ? I have last firmware 1.0.21

support asked if anyone has this problem to contact them by email. The problem was established with the last server issue and affected people running the beta firmware. Just send them an email.

Thanks but I have official firmware 1.0.21. So I sent a ticket. Hope Zipato repair quickly.

i'm running 1.0.17, had a ticket opened when I also ran beta for cluster firmware.

fixed up at that moment, since yesterday it is back again. also 2 hours behind. with official 1.0.17 firmware.

Previously reported this was in accordance with known support.

I have official firmware 1.021 since a long time.

All run perfectly until yesterday 20h00. I made synchronization after working on a rule.

I don't know if it is the trigger but shortly after all time events change with 2 hours behind.

I've the same problem here.

I had the 1.0.23 beta firmware...but I downgraded to the "official" firmware 1.0.17. The problem with the wrong time in the logs is still there.

- What to do?

Problem solved!

Since yesterday afternoon the events are being logged with the right "time".

The "old" logs still shows the wrong time... but the important for me. is that it's fixed and future events will be displayed correctly.
