Toggle something (switch) with quick on/off
Need Answer
I have created the following rule to enable toggling a switch. But it doesen't work. Should it?
Files:
toggle_quick_on...
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
Change the when state of the switch to any. you can also use command send message to test the rule

Thank you for the tip Attila. I was able to confirm that the rule above indeed didn't work. This seems like a bug to me.
Developers please have a look at this ok? I think the catch here is that this can't be done with one rule.
Though, i was able to solve this with a work around (see attached picture).

Johan I think you can do in another way if you need to toggle something on and off:

That's not the functionality I'm looking for Jacob. The functionality I have achieved has three (possibly four) possible choises:
1) on
2) off
3) on then off in quick succession
4) off then on in quick succession (I want this to be the same as "3").

So...I have been barking up the wrong three here :-) As it turns out i now believe the only problem I have had is with the functionality of the FGS222 switch I have been using.
My question now is:
I want to create a rule that's activated by pressing the wall switch (connected to S1). As anyone succeeded in doing this with a FGS222?

I think this is a important parameter to set:
Parameter No. 13 - Assigns bistable key status to the device
status.
Default value: 0
Available configuration parameters:
0 - [On / Off] device changes status on key status change.
1 - Device status depends on key status: ON when the key is ON,
OFF when the key is OFF.

If I could send a private message to you I could send you my phone number. But I don't want to share it publicly.
I guess you are from Sweden? :-)

I have tested to change Parameter No. 13, but this just made things work even less well :-)
I believe the key in what you said is that: "You should think of the FSG222 as 2 relays and 2 switches.". I will adapt my mindset to this and have one other go at this. I will send you a private message also.
