trying to add user is turning into nightmare
Hi,
it seems to me either this software is buggy as **** or i am doing something wrong.
1: I added a user
2: user verified using the email he received
3: user has alarm access checked
4: user has been successfully added to the keypad
5: user doesn't show when trying to add him to the alarm partition, it only shows me
6: tried several settings but it just did not work.
7: deleted user and try to add again, getting the error that the user already exists.........but dashboard shows 0 users
8: somehow managed to add the user again, he now shows in alarm partition, but when filling in the properties it keeps deleting the keypad settings for that user
9: I go to the old dashboard and look at the user settings. It shows 3 "alarm" boxes checked. I uncheck all 3 and re-check them and press enter. Now I get an error that this setting was already created, after cancelling the user no longer shows in the settings.
been working on this since this morning but fail to get a second user added....... WAPOSIT?

Can you check which options are enabled when you open Security partition settings - USERS tab - click on the name of the additional user.
