Unable to make rule to drive heater with qubino on/off relay

Hi, i try to create a rule to drive my heater (see the file attached).
I want when the temperature is to high to shut off my heater with qubino on/off relay. But when i arm the system, relay automatically shut off. I confirm the sensor temperature is less than the trigger temperature i define. I also add the Qubino settings attached.
I dont't know why! Do you have any solution?

I guess the multisensor is a different product than the qubino switch.
Looking on it either way have no idea why this dont work. Try to contact support.zipato.com with the topic. Surely they will be able to help.
