Unknown neighbor node/Z wave trouble +zipatile

Hi:

I found an unknown neighbor node on my zipato UI.

What is the origin of this one?

I'm ahving issue with the network how to know if this unknown neighbor node is causing trouble to me??

Hello,

I have found similar problem in specific device configuration and I think this can cause my problem, that I can't re-include one deleted device.

I don't know if I can use some function in Z-wave node management section - like for example remove failed node .

Did you try to use this function or functions in this section ?

For now I didn't do nothing. But I think that ,these function - like Remove node, Remove failed node ... are there for these purposes. I have opened topic here on the forum in which I'm asking about functionality of buttons in section "Z-wave node management"
