Users with different rights
Answered
Hello there fellas.
I wonder if you have any idea what Tenant does? It says ill get limited rights if i choose this one but when logging in to that account i can still do everyting my main account can.
I was able to delete devices, set new scenes etc.
Is there any method to limit the permittion for users like not allowing them to delete anything, controll only certiant scene and rules, disable spesific sensors etc.
I tried to search thro the forum so this question might been answared before but without a proper search button on this page it is just not good enought scrolling between 50 pages
Thank you

I too, would very much like to see rights on a per user basis, not only with respect to which devices/sensors they should be able to see, but also with respect to which actions they should be able to take, and for which controllers.
I would, for instance, like to push status messages to key employees, which means they'll need to be created as users and have login. I do _not_ want them to be able to mess about or to see other places or devices I manage from my account.

If a user has tenant role, both web and mobile apps should prevent access to some features, most notably device manager. If you are seeing device manager while logged in as tenant user, please open a support ticket with more details (what OS, app version etc.) and we'll look into it.

Hi Filip,
but why the tenant does not any access to scenes? For rule creator I can understand it somehow, but why for scenes?

You can allow Tenants to have access to the individual scenes you want, by having Virtual switches which activate Scenes...
What I'd like to see, is a CheckBox matrix where Devices are on one axis and Users are on another axis, where I as an admin would be able to control exactly who has access to what...
