Virtual Alarm Not working in serveral customers

Hello, Im having problem with serveral customers reporting me that they cant arm/disarm, Zones wont show up to bypass, etc
When you arm the system it sends a push that its armed, to comfirm I entered by my.zipato.com but the systems shows disarmed...
Any advice? This problem started yesterday

Same for me. Opened a ticket yesterday night when I was not able to arm it.

Some systems were affected by recent changes on the backend and they were having random issue while trying to control Virtual alarms. It should be working now.
