Virtual Level Control Problem

Hi,
We are integrated(Zipato API) own Ethenet Input/Output (12xI/O) module with zipato platform. We can control the times entered in our device, proportionally with virtual level. Integration running smoothly on Android and my.zipato.com. But there are some problems on the iOS platform.
Has anyone experienced virtual level control ?
