Virtual Sensor not removed and Virtual switch not working

Hello,
I have removed a virtual Sensor (c7xxxxxxxf45) and despite several Synchronization it's still shown on the Sensor widget (but not on General list of endpoints).

I have two virtual switches and it happens often that they don't work (When I click on switch or send http command it's not recorded and associated rule not launched).
Thanks for your help.
