Visonic MCT 302 dös nötig Show Status of the door/Windows

Hi all,
Got a brandnew ZipaBox with 433 MHz Module.
Tried to include several Visonic MCT 302 door/window Sensors.
Inclusive was no Problem.
But I do not get the correct Status of the doors or windows.

How did you include these? Do you have 433 mhx or 866 Mhz version of 302 sensor?

Have the 433 Version.
The inclusion itself seems to run. It takes nearly no time that the sensor is included by the System. It is shown in the Control Center in the Device Browser as well as in the Device Manager.
But the Device Browser Shows as state always "closed". And in the mobile App I only get "state - ".
Meanwhile I´m pretty sure that the mistake is in the Visonic understanding of the ZipaBox.
I opened a ticked and trust in the Zipato Support.
Have the 433 Version.

Zipato Support says: " If an other 433 Mhz device is working then the Visonic sensor must be broken. We now close the ticket"
I have 8 (EIGHT !!) Visonic sensors. All of them are working fine with the Visonic master device. And all of them do NOT work with the Zipabox. Don´t tell me that all of them are broken!
This is not the way of supporting customer problems I expected from Zipato
Take the Visonic MCT-302 off the compatibility list or change the protocol in the Zipabox !
