Wall mounted scene controller?

I'm looking for a wall mounted scene controller, but can't find anything. The Remotec ZRC-90 looks nice, but is no longer available in the U.S. Any suggestions?

If you have a Zipatile, it has gestures and 6 scene buttons on the side, which basically makes it a scene controller.

Heatit also offers different wall buttons, from two to eight buttons that individually can be associated with different devices, and controlled by scenes. But I suspect it´s not fully supported by Zipato as I cannot configure scenes with it, only direct association. More info here: https://www.heatit.com/z-wave/heatit-z-push-button-8/. I would be happy to hear if anyone has got this to work with the Zipato gateway.
