We need a "This Week at Zipato" update!

Under Consideration

Preface:

I had written a mediocre review on Amazon for the new Fibaro Motion Sensor, because two units didn't work well with my Zipabox. Because I mentioned Zipabox in my review, another Amazon User replied with a comment to my review, saying that he had the same problems, but Zipato support told him they just updated the descriptors and that he should exclude&re-include his motion sensor. I talked to Zipato support 4 weeks ago, and they told me that the sensor must be faulty. However, I excluded&re-included my sensor once more, and suddenly they work as intended. That led me to the following idea...


Idea:

Zipato does a lot of work behind the curtains. A lot of information than could be useful for the community doesnt get communicated. It would be great if Zipato could give a short weekly update. Just briefly tell us what you have changed, what problem came to your attention but (maybe) aren't solved yet, what your plans are for the near future. I am sure there is a lot to talk about, and we would love to hear more from you guys. A happy and healthy community is key nowadays.

Good communication has been a mayor request from most users to zipato, they have improved just a little bit about it but there is still a long way to go. I agree and include myself to this request.

Yes, this need to happen, or something similar.

It would minimize unnecessary support cases for Zipato as well......
