What exactly is included in premium services

The new PC interface shows a "Services" option and when you click on this you get a menu of the following options
- Premium services 1 month (All the premium services are included!)
- SINGLE (1 device license)
- Cluster (Allows you to connect multiple controllers into a single network)
- SMART (50 devices license)
- Premium services 1 year (All the premium services are included!)
- PRO (unlimited devices license)
Questions:
1. "All the premium services are included!" - what exactly are these premium services - I cannot find a list of them anywhere.
2. "SINGLE" - what does this mean 1 device license? Is this a one-off charge?
3. "CLUSTER" - is this a one off or annual charge?
4. "SMART" - what does "50" devices mean? 50 sensors or 50 Zipaboxes?
It is all very confusing
