Why I can't add another supervisor to my Zipabox tenant?
Known
I registered new account on Zipato portal and added as a member user with Tenant privelege to my subscription. The user didn't see device manager nor any of devices in Zipabox. When I wanted this user to become supervisor with Add supervisor option, I got error message "Failed to add supervisor".
But when I added "contact@imperihome.com" as a supervisor, everything went fine. What's going on? Why I can't have second account to log on to Zipabox and some particular account (found in an article in Internet) can be added as supervisor to my subscription?
