Why is "brand limit" not in Knowledge base?

Need Answer

I tried to search for "brand limit" in knowledge base, but found nothing. Google did however show me the way to the "topics".

I later found that the "home page" search "toptics" but not knowledge base.


Why not have one search for all?

Why not have the topic search under the topic tab?

How can I add subjects to the knowledge base?

If the community could add articles to the knowledge base (and Zipato approves them), that would be great. Maybe top contributors can earn some sort of benefit. I am sure it would be win win, since Zipato is kinda poorly documented on the internet (if you compare it to HC2/LUA for example).

As of now "Knowledge Base" is managed and updated by Zipato. I also think it would be very nice if they allow users to submit topics, and manuals. To be honest (and not that I don't like to help) but I have had to answer many times the same questions in different topics, also the "issue" is that tags are not always used properly by topic creators, that is why the search function on Zipato Community Home does not work.

Thank you for sharing! I'll have to rely on the "topics" section for now, that's where the main action seems to be anyhow. :)


If it wasn't obvious I'm new to the forum, so please instruct me if I do anything stupid or didn't use "tags" properly.
