Why new rules don't work?

When I make new rules don't work, old rules and all devices work fine. I try with a new simple rule like "when swich A on, swich B on". I update the latest firmware the 1.0.14 for if that's the problem, but still the same.
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
