Why rules are so unstable ?
Known
I'm experiencing problems with rules, mainly those problems are relative to schedules that are not fired at all at the expected time.
Beside this I have some rules that doesn't work as they should, like the attribute of an actuator is True when it should be False
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
