Widgets on zipa tile not updating?

The widgets on the zipatile are not updating to the status, and the thermostat widget is not updating to the set point?
The same problem 
No connection

Try to kill the zipato and zipatile app via the android and restart the service or alternatively restart zipatile.

if you are not logged in or haven't opened the app in a while, i find it will not update. You need to open the app or widget and wait for it to load up. Having similar issues with the intercom app.
