Need Answer

Hello,

I can't find any wireles door bell devices working with z-wave or Zipato.

i can find a wireles pressure device COCO ACDB-7000A

butt is not in the support list of Zipato add list.

How to ad a simple pressure switch without using a binary module?

I have one and it is working fine, although it is a 433MHz device. Chacon LMLT-711 Wall toggle button

Zipato ph-pse02.eu Z-Wave Multi-Sound Indoor Siren (siren and door bell)

Thnks for the replay.

Is youre device in the support list or it just worked?

Because coco door button is not in the support list.

The button you got is not easy avalible in the dutch and coco i can get everywhere.

Although your COCO button is not supported and is not tested yet, there is a good chance it will work if you include it as Chacon button because it should work with the same protocol as Chacon device.

Use Chacon LMLT 711 device for push button.

The device is in the support list. I looked specifically for it to ensure it will be fine. it is Chacon DIO brand but NEXA is exactly the same.

It is strange. I bought it from Domadoo.fr as the button itself, but I cannot seem to find it as the button itself anymore only as a package. like here http://www.domadoo.fr/fr/peripheriques/574-dio-carillon-sans-fil-enfichable-5411478547303.html?search_query=dio&results=120

perhaps elsewhere it is available without the bell.

include it as a on/off switch and it does't work.

Include is as chacon but stil no endpoint.

it seems like Zipato does't know what to do with the signal if it is incoming at al.

i opened a ticked and hope soon wil have a ancer.

Try to upgrade to the latest beta firmware release.

Then delete, synchronize and re-add the device.

This is how it shows in my system. I actually deleted it from the device browser as you cannot do anything with it, fron device browser. It is useful for rules...

it looks like mine but it is not in my rule creator.

i don't know why but let me ask.

what kind of device is it showing in your module manager?

In mine it says on/off switch

Hi, It is not an onoff switch. It is a wall toggle button. If included correctly, in the rule creator it should be in Control (like a remote controller). Mine is labelled as "Zvoncek".

I had the need to use the old, classic button, as it was integrated in the wall besides the door.

I found that it was possible to use the external switch input in the Vision ZD2102 to get e trigger for a door bell.

Then used two of Chacoon, one outlet plug in model for the hall and one standalone to bring out to the garden.

Works as a charm

yes i already thout of a binairy sensor but it seems like a lot of more work.

I just want to ad a wall toggle button that can be bought in the store in NL and is wirelles so i can use my Zipato multi sound siren to make a door bell noise.

But i added it as a chacoon wall toggle button and it is not working at al :/

propperly a slight diffrend than the real one.

All i can do now is ask Zipato to support the wall toggle button from COCO so i can use it.

thnks for the replay but i give up on it.

Do you guys know where i can add my coco to the wishlist?

I got a update!

I used to use eaotec door magnet that you have te dril in the door and the sensor can not support a extra switch, as it is drilled in the door and not screwd on the door.

A moved to another house and it does not have doors made out of wood :/.

So now i bought a magnet sensor that i have to screw on my door and it support a extra contact.

I can ad a push button (doorbel) on it.

and i don't have to ad a extra binairy contact or work with 230V or have to use travo.

I just screw the door/window sensor and place a pusch button and i am done!.

I got a update!!

I asked the support of Zipato to add the doorbell and it replayed back that updating my system to Beta version must work.

They changed something and now my Klik aan Klik uit (COCO) device work.

this is the easyest way to get my doorbell working so i use this now for 3 weeks and it works fine.

Thnks to Zipato help desk Ivan
