I would like with the double ifttt location (my smartphone and my wife's) to provide a closure / automatic opening of the stage (opening the shutters closed)
if both smartphones are outside the area the shutters close
if one or the other smartphone in the area between the shutters s' open and
between 6:00 ET 1:00 p.m. ET from 16:00 to 23:00

those will work, but there is a problem with the condition "and" shutters must closed when both sensors are inactive but I have the impression that they must be inactivated simultanéments for when I program the same rule as for the opening by replacing the "or" by "and" it does not work ...
I wonder if there is a solution
