Yale YRL220ZW619

Answered

Back in July I opened a ticket relating to my Yale YRL220ZW619 lock. It is on my ZipaBox and it is named “Garage Back Door Lock” with UUID:6f2d3847-225f-4fc6-aa02-58e02f0a4bef. I am wanting to use some of the features of the lock (like determine which user unlocked door or was the door unlocked by a user or by the inside), but the control/attributes are missing in the rules. I have not heard anything back since my original request and would like to know the support level for the Yale zWave locks.

Hello Vernon,

I've passed this to my colleague, after he has taken care of the remote support of this particular device, I will notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Stefan

Hello Vernon,

door lock should be supported now.

Can I find that device on https://products.z-wavealliance.org/ ?

is this supported in Zigbee version, with individual user codes that can be read and entered into the unit via the Zipato control center?

Are you sure that this version has an option with individual codes as Zwave? If so, we will try to support it remotely, as we do for Zwave version.

Yes they do, in fact both versions have similar features and are available on Smartthings, such as entering user codes, user code feedback, etc.

Opened ticket number #8635-11-20

If so, developers will try to support it, if possible.

The lock is on the zWave Alliance site: https://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/630

thanks, but after the Zigbee version support. The Z-wave version works apparently.

It still does not provide full functionality. Do I need to delete the device and re-add it to get the additional functionality?
