Z-wave devices are visible in "Device Manager" but not in "Rules Creator"?

Controller firmware version = 0.9.999.8a I've added several Z-wave devices from Aeon Labs to the Zipabox controller. When I try to sync with the controller, it reports the synchronization completed successfully. I get live data when viewing each device from the DeviceManager screen on the left. I cannot get anything to populate the "Devices" tab in the rules creator. Any suggestions of how to troubleshoot and solve the problem?
