Z-Wave plus (+) and Starting a scene by double / triple clicking a dimmer

Hi guys,
So I'm working on getting my new equipment in, and here are my 2 main concerns:
1. I don't like to buy something that is outdated after 6 months.
Will a new HW release of the zipabox come out anytime soon with z-wave plus certification / chipset?
2. Like the fibaro setup you can double or triple click on a module that initiates a scene.
Let's say I'm in bed and want to kill all lights downstairs + start the security system. I would love to do this by triple (or quadruple) clicking, and sadly I only see this in the Fibaro setup. Is this something the Zipabox will be able to do in the future?
