Zigbee grouping or bindings
Under Consideration
I have two Lightify Bulbs RGB over my dining table.
Everything is great. But is there a way merge the two controls? At the moment i have to control and program each bulb. So one interface for whole group would be perfect.
Is there a way to do this?

Philip,
Groups are ment to do that. I you look on the bottom right of the rule dash board you will be able to configure the two bulbs as a group. Piece of advice... I have set up some groups but they are not working right since there is a bug in Zipabox, I know that because I opened a ticket and they answered they have a bug and they're working to fix it.

Yes. I know. But that won't help me in Scenes.. Would it?

There are groups and scenes. In the scene you can include many bulbs or RGBW controllers and set intensity and color to them. For what you want to do I would probably set up an scene with both bulbs.

Yes, but setting a scene with two RGB bulbs is almost impossible to hit the same color...

set up a virtual switch which turns the bulbs to the set colours, then use this virtual switch in the scene instead of the actual bulbs.

Might be a solution. Because the color picker in the scene editor doesnt work...

just quickly try something like this. The showroom switch can be a virtual switch, and by setting the rgb of the bulb you can copy this to other bulbs to get the same colour.
