ZigBee module stopped working AGAIN. any idea how to reset the code to make it work?

Hello Mike,
I see that you opened a Ticket on our support pages. The problem is that you connected more then 2 modules on the same slot, in this case the third module is Zigbee and this is the reason why it is not working.
Please power down your Box and connect all the modules in a way that there are no more then 2 connected on the same slot and Backup module again needs to be connected directly to the Box and another module can be attached to it. Then power up your Box again and please let me know when you are done through your Ticket so I could connect to your Box and resolve this issue.
