Zipabox bricked?
I got my Zipabox yesterday, and while registering on my.zipabox.com, I was asked to do a firmware upgrade. I proceeded, and after about 15 minutes, the webui told me the firmware upgrade failed, and I was asked to retry. I retried, but the same thing happened. This time, I chose not to attempt another upgrade.
The zipabox has a stable green light, but it shows as offline in the webui. If I pull the plug, and re-insert it, the light goes immediately to stable green. No network activity is observed from the box.
Then, I tried holding down button 2, pressing/releasing reset switch, and releasing button 2 after 5 seconds. Zipabox goes immediately to stable green light again.
Is my zipabox bricked? I created a support ticket for this, but I'm not sure how quick the response is on those, so I figured I'd ask for tips here as well.

I'm afraid for this issue you will have to wait for zipato support, usually they are quick.

Zipato support got back to me, they concluded that the device needs to be RMA'ed.
