Zipabox does not connect to any devices after firmware update (1.3.61)

My zipabox is on line but since I have updated its firmware (1.3.61), it is not able to connect to all my 6 devices (Danfoss Living Connect Z).
It is blocked. I can not add or remove any devices..
I can not do anything..
I have been waiting help from Zipato Suppor for days..
I like this idea
