ZipaBox goes Offline time to time...

Hi,

Something is strange with my box, time to time it goes offline, sometimes I can see it as the green LED on my Box is blinking, but today the light was normal, but I felt the something was wrong as some lights didn't started when the sun went down so I checked the Box and when I logged in, the Box was Offline, but my Internet was ok, and I could ping the Box's IP, so my question is, what happend? Anyone got the same problem? It feels like this problem came with the last version, 0.9.999.4, can it be possible?

I've the same problem. Usually the led is normal. If I try to access the Box from android app or my.zipato.com it's offline and the only solution is to phisically restart it.

Hi Carlo, I phisically restart the box too, but it is a problem when away from home and using the box as alarm!

We have noticed this issue since we have published the new IP streaming library. There is a new beta already available, once after you upgrade the box to the new firmware, it should not happen again.

However, we should keep an eye on it.

I have same issue but impossible to know why as there's no log on this box !

By the way, alarm has some serious problems too (lag between arming and squawk, rules partialy triggered at disarming) and looks unstable.

My rules are tested for long periods without modification, so it's not related to rules bugs.
