Zipabox going offline many times per day

Admittedly, this is the first day I have played with the Zipabox. But it's gone offline at least five or six times in just a few hours. Is there a problem at the moment?

I meet the same issue since severals months. No improvment, still some problem when I go on my dashboard

Hi, same problem for me. Time to time (at least 2 or 3 times a day) my box reboot and is offline some minutes.

Having this issue too, but only when offline, not online. That is, when it is disconnect from internet it will constantly reset itself every few hours. I've issued a ticket and see what happens

Update for everyone on this: it seems that IP devices such as Sonos speakers and Nest thermostats (I have both) are not currently working properly. They cause the box to run out of memory. This was causing my box to go off line constantly and to fail to synchronise rules. It may have also prevented the Somfy blinds from working reliably. After deleting these devices, these problems stopped (R&D are working on a fix for the memory problem).

I don't have these devices , but my box goes offline sometimes, and I have trouble to sync to. Sometimes my box reset alone....so what ?

Do you have anything at all under the "IP" category?

ip cam only, does it count ? I'll delete them to test, they are useless for me because I can't interact them with anything else.

Might count... not sure. I was told that IP devices in general were causing the box to run out of memory. So I'd definitely try deleting it to see what happens.

Delete, synch, switch off at the mains, leave it off for 30 seconds, then reboot.
