Zipabox hangs for several minutes

During last two days I got 3-4 situations when Zipabox didn't start rules on trigger or it happened literally after 1-2 minutes. I mean local z-wave triggers, not from virtual http devices. Once I had to restart the box to get it working because it didn't respond literally to any trigger nor iOS app.
Have you noticed that and how it is possible for a released for public product to work so unreliably. My frustration is also bigger because of zipabox loosing (getting out of network) quietly devices in my house. I reported it to helpdesk months ago and since that time I haven't got any reposonse from support.
Are you people also experiencing such problems or maybe I just have a faulty box and I should return it to reseller?

I have experinced lags like this, usually when there are problems with their servers (which usually they don't let us know about it), zipabox is slow and restarted constantly. They have fixed the reboot problem for the most part in newer firmwares 1.1.17 and up, if you are below this firmware I would suggest you to upgrade. However sometimes I see also delays but for the most part is not bad. Most likely is not your box but I guess is a possibility, I would continue asking for an answer (I have a 10 months old issue which is "still in progress").
