Yes, a common problem. Have you got the Zipabox to restart if it detects it is offline? I know this doesn't always work.

Is it the Zipabox that is disconnected or your ISP internet connection that is offline?

Why cant you go home if it is offline?

Internet was OK. I could access my Synology NAS.

The entry flap can only open manually from inside.

I live in town with 2 entrances, one side street, and the other from behind. Obliged to go around, on the opposite, to return without Zipabox.

Same problem here, impossible to synchronize cluster. ZIpato cloud seems offline, my alarm triggers every time I disarm it. A nightmare !!!!

Cloud service has been good on our side, but we do get the occasional controller dropping offline every now and again. They only way to fix this is with a hard reboot. Both Zipabox and Zipatile. Restarting the Zipato service within the Zipatile does nothing, but rebooting the Zipatile works. Zipabox you can only reboot via push button.

In the settings via web portal, there is a box keep online. UNcheck this and the controller "should" restart if it detects a disconnection from the cloud after 5 minutes.

Personally, i wish there was a virtual switch for both Zipabox/Zipatile that could be used in a rule to automate a reboot of the devices. A reboot seems to fix many issues that pop up, such as memory leaks, freeing up ram, etc.

Denis, strange your alarm goes off once you disarm your alarm. I would think it would trigger if you arm your alarm if anything. I am guessing you have a Zipatile then? You can disarm that partition if you want, or set it to a silent partition if this helps. It is the System Partition that comes as standard on the Zipatile.

Adrian, I own a cluster. WHen I disarm my alarm, I can't cleraly hear my zipatile beeping and all scenes triggered by a disarm "action" are running (blinds, etc...) . But some seconds later alarm is armed again and beeps in the house and outside. It seems that zipatile isn't synchronizing with cluster and obtain again an "armed" state.

If I try to manually synchronize I have timeout errors.

I had issues aswell... Same as Robert... Timeout when arm/disarm the alarm.

Slow update of states of devices.

Frustrating!

All these problem with stability, slow development, devices not fully supported and no clear roadmap are frustrating... It have made me look for an other system. Not that I realy want to replace my system but it needs to be stable and reliable!
