Hi,

Since the last update about a week ago my zipabox stays green, even when alarm partition is armed. How can I fix this ?

Seule façon pour moi était de revenir à la version V1.1.38

J'ai aussi remarqué avec la dernière version que les zones étaient défectueuses lors de l'alarme alors qu'ils fonctionnent bien.

Plus de soucis avec l'ancienne version.

Google Translate (for me and the rest of us who don't speak french :-)

"Only way for me was to go back to version V1.1.38

I also noticed with the latest version that the zones were defective during the alarm while they work well.

No more worries with the old version."

OK, I was on 1.2.21 and went back to 1.1.38, will see what happens :)

I also noticed the green led, it actually now is more like a lime green instead, also noticed different alarm behaviour. Open a ticket to zipato support so they are aware of the situation.

@Marc, what do you mean that the zones were defective?

When I look at the state of the zones in the alarm and I put it in Total, some zones go into non-ready while there is no detection. Similarly, the area that allows me to exit, while activating the alarm, generates me an anomaly because of my detection.

The LED that was fixed red when alarm was activated and now a green / red, remains in this state even if the alarm is no longer active and does not blink when the alarm is triggered. Red flashing if alarm triggered before.

This new line of firmware 1.2.xx seems a lot bugged.

Try to load 1.2.22 it is supposed to fix these issues, you can get it by upgrading to latest official firmware. If you still have issues after this upgrade, open a ticket on zipato support.

We were adding some additional LED notification in this version, which has obviously cause this bug. We are already working on the patch to fix these few remaining issues.

Thanks for the heads up Sebastian.

If the LED could be use as indicator for some issues and rules, this would be very good. I.e. blinking twice for execute a rule successfully.
